1. Accepting these terms

By using Muraja3a or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are under 16, you may not access account features until guardian consent is completed.

2. What the service provides

Muraja3a organizes Quran memorization review by recording pages, results, and words and showing suggested dates, sessions, and quizzes. It is not a substitute for a teacher or religious or medical advice, and it does not guarantee a particular memorization outcome.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity through your account unless it results from our failure.
• Do not create an account for another person without consent or legal authority.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not bypass access controls or test service security without authorization.
• Do not send harmful or automated traffic or interfere with the service.
• Do not collect other users’ data or impersonate a person or organization.
• Do not resell the service or use it unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.

5. Your content and data

You retain rights in the data you enter. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it to you and to operate the service. You may request an export or account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy and available account tools.

6. Quran text and materials

We take care with the Quran text and its presentation, but you should report any error immediately and should not use the app as the sole source for correction. The brand, design, and software remain protected for their owners, while Quran text sources remain subject to their source rights and licenses.

7. Availability and changes

We may change or pause parts of the service for maintenance, security, or product development. We will try to provide appropriate notice for material changes and will not use updates to intentionally erase your data without a clear basis or your request.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend access for abuse, a security risk, or a material breach, subject to applicable law and with a way to object or recover data where appropriate.

9. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, but interruptions and errors can occur. We do not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or outcomes caused by relying only on a suggested review date.

10. Law and disputes

Mandatory consumer rights and other non-waivable laws in your country continue to apply. Contact support@muraja3a.com first so we can try to resolve a concern.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms for operational or legal reasons. We will update the date and ask for renewed acceptance when a material change legally requires it.
